Showcase Terms and Conditions:
* Exhibitor agrees to have its exhibit ready for public viewing no later than 11:30 am, March 24, 2006 and/or 9:30 am March 25, 2006. If exhibitor has not arrived one hour prior to show opening, booth fees will be forfeited.
* Exhibitor agrees that leads acquired at their booth are for the sole use of the Exhibitor. These leads may not be sold to a third party or used to promote non-Exhibitors of A Very Special Bridal Showcase. A penalty fee of $100 may be accessed if Exhibitor sells or gives lead list to a non-Exhibitor.
* Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet,subcontract or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other than their own firm in the said space without prior consent from the show coordinator.
* Exhibitor agrees to occupy and maintain its exhibit space during advertised show hours noon to 8 pm on Friday, March 24, and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2006.
* Exhibitor agrees not to disassemble their display until 8:00 pm, March 24, 2006, and/or 6:00 pm on March 25, 2006 without permission of the show coordinator.
There is a returned check fee of $35.
Exhibitor shall be solely responsible to ensure that any drawings, lotteries or contests held by Exhibitor on the premises are conducted in strict compliance with the law.
Any delay or non-occurrence of A Very Special Bridal Showcase on March 24-25, 2006 will not be considered a breach of this contract if such delay is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, act of God, act of war or terrorism, or any other event beyond the control of the promoter.
